My sales person Polo Morales called me on December 9th, said they have very good program now. There is no fees to be charged towards my earlier termination of Macan right now if I am going to lease another 36 months on new Macan or Cayenne. Since I felt Macan is kind of small for me in these two years, so I decide to lease a Cayenne. I found Walter's Porsche has a very good leasing program. I sent it to Polo, and he agreed to match Walter's price. I went to McKenna Porsche on December 10th. Before I signed the lease agreement, I found McKenna put $6500 as cap, then I need to pay insurance fees, plus other fees, which makes the total to $8223.44. Since I am not 100% sure that Walter's price is $6500 as cap or $6500 as total at signing, I chose to believe my sales. I signed agreement, and drove the Cayenne home. After I went home, I immediately sent email to Walter's Porsche, asked them if $6500 including any fees? Their financial dept. person immediately replied me, $6500 is the total, which included all the fees. They even included the detail sheets for how they calculated this fees. I felt I was cheated by McKenna dealership. I sent an email to Polo on December 10th afternoon, included Walter's calculation sheet of $6500. I asked them to refund me $1723.44 which I overpaid them. Starting from December 10th, Polo used all the excuses he could to delay the response of my requirement. I told him December 21st 10pm will be the deadline to receive response from his company. IF they keep ignoring me, then I will wrote my feedback to as many web sites as I could. It is 11pm on December 21st, I waited 11 days for no response from this poor service dealership. They are scammers and dishonest persons. They have no business integrity, without moral. Void them as you could. More

The Friday before they sold it to someone else because the customer offered them $1800 more. They sold their reputation, morals and integrity for $1800. It's going to cost them 3 times that in litigation. Is this McKenna Dealership in a financial crisis or just ruthless. Stay far far away from this dealership. Look at the other reviews...not their fake reviews on YELP! More

Shady Sale and Dishonest lack of disclosure Purchase a Certified Preowned Porsche that was supposed to be flawless. Vehicle was delivered and noted a 3" by 8" gouge on the front bumper. After Purchase a Certified Preowned Porsche that was supposed to be flawless. Vehicle was delivered and noted a 3" by 8" gouge on the front bumper. After reviewing the pick up invoice, the driver noted that the damage was there during pre inspection and the McKenna signed off that it was existing damage. The car arrived and I called stating the damage. the Sales person stated they were off when the vehicle was picked up and they didn't know about it, but agreed that it obviously was present and undisclosed during the purchase process, but he would go to his manager to get it covered. After over a week, come to find out, that the manager said they will only pay a small portion because the "money was not in the deal". Basically the dealer can lie and not disclose the info, sell it and not tell a buyer until they receive the car! It was an extremely dishonest thing to do...and to make it worse, the dealer ship did not have the professional integrity to stand behind their sale. I would avoid McKenna at all cost. The Sale manager is a dishonest person who has no moral or business integrity.... More
I was not totally satisfied with my last visit to McKenna, but my service advisor called me back and made sure I was this time. I cannot emphasize it enough that a business that values how their cus McKenna, but my service advisor called me back and made sure I was this time. I cannot emphasize it enough that a business that values how their customers feel is exactly where I want to take my business. A few highlights of my return trip: 1. Loaner was ready, but they were going to provide me with a tiny Boxter (kind of tough since I have 2 car seats at all times for my 2 small children). Luckily for me they saw that and they went out to the lot and pulled one right out for me to drive off in. You could still see the sticker glue marks on the windshield...that was a fantastic, and much appreciated, touch. 2. Raul hit it out of the ballpark with his stellar service. I highly suggest you give this advisor a shot. If you are not pleased with anything just tell him, and he will make it right. Some advisors don't care about you, but this one does. 3. The turnaround time was spectacular. They work extremely quickly at this dealership. When you purchase a Porsche you come to expect a certain level of service. This dealership delivers the 5 star treatment, and I will keep them in mind for my future vehicle needs. More
I had a flat tire. I had purchased tire insurance when I bought my black Caymen 2008. The car was shipped to Mckenna Porsche on 6/3/13 (Monday). I did not receive a followup phone call on Tuesday (6/4/13). I called on Tuesday to followup on the status of my car, and left a message with the service manager. On Wednesday (6/5/13), I still got no call from the Mckenna Porsche Service center, so I left another message. On Thursday (6/6/13), I received a call in the morning inquiring what I needed help with. The service team did not even know my car was on their lot. They had to search for it for about 1 hour before they found it. Upon finding the vehicle, they had no idea what was wrong with it or why it was in their lot. Needless to say, the car's tire was not changed until Friday (6/7/13), FIVE days after it had been sent to their service center. I am understandably not pleased with the lack of promptness and absolute disorganization of their facility. To top it off, they were not even apologetic. There were no concessions made for the inconvenience either. Despite having bought two of my cars from the Mckenna dealership, I think my next car purcahse will be elsewhere. More

Two specific instances stood out in my encounter with him. The first was that he faked a heart attack when he heard the price I wanted to purchase the vehicle for. I am sure he thought it was funny, but it was not funny to me nor do I think it was professional behavior. The second instance occurred after he and I could not agree on a purchase price. As I was headed out the door and already in my car about to leave the dealership, another employee (Primo Garcia if I recall) came over to my car and asked me what happened. I told him that Matt was not able to offer me the price I wanted. Primo went back into the dealership and talked to his boss (I believe it was Shawn Lawler) to see if he could do better than what Matt was able to do on the price. Primo went back and forth between me and Shawn at least a half dozen times before finally agreeing to my offer price. That half a dozen times ordeal did not sit well with me. Once we had agreed upon a price, Matt came out of hiding and congratulated me on my purchase. So in essence I was pawned off, then Matt pretends as if nothing had happened, while Shawn did not even give a courteous "hi" or "congratulations on your new purchase," as he did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever. This is not the type of car purchasing experience I wish to have again. Avoid McKenna Porsche. You have been warned. More
