I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the most unscrupulous and scummy salesmen I have ever encountered. Nathan's tactics were nothing short of infuriating and unethical. From the moment the most unscrupulous and scummy salesmen I have ever encountered. Nathan's tactics were nothing short of infuriating and unethical. From the moment I walked into the dealership, it was clear that his sole objective was to make a quick buck at my expense. First and foremost, Nathan displayed a complete lack of respect for my time. He made me wait for what felt like an eternity, as he was too busy chatting with his coworkers and ignoring my presence. It was as if my potential business meant absolutely nothing to them. Once he finally decided to acknowledge me, it became evident that he had no genuine interest in helping me find the right product. Instead, he was intent on pushing the most expensive and unnecessary options, trying to pad his commission. It was clear that his priority was his paycheck, not my satisfaction. Moreover, Nathan resorted to manipulative and high-pressure tactics. He continuously attempted to guilt-trip me into making a purchase, using deceptive sales tricks to create a false sense of urgency. This level of dishonesty was not only disheartening but also disrespectful to a potential customer. To make matters worse, his lack of product knowledge was painfully apparent. He could hardly answer any of my questions and frequently provided inaccurate information, making it evident that he was only interested in closing the deal, regardless of the consequences for me. In the end, my experience with this scummy salesman left a sour taste in my mouth. I walked away from that dealership feeling deceived, undervalued, and manipulated. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of such unprofessional and unethical individuals, and instead, seek out a more reputable and customer-focused establishment for their needs. Nathan Bagnol's behavior was a stark reminder of the importance of doing thorough research before engaging with any salesperson or company. More
I'll keep it short. Worked out a deal on Tuesday. Came to an agreement. Even got it approved by Porsche financial. All good to go. Agreed to come in on Thursday to sign Worked out a deal on Tuesday. Came to an agreement. Even got it approved by Porsche financial. All good to go. Agreed to come in on Thursday to sign and take home because the manager has Wednesday off - so I wait an extra day. They call me day of "oh we can't sell you the car - it's reserved". After running my credit, working a deal, and getting approved? SMH. I have proof! Anyway, y'all terrible. More

I just purchased a 718 Cayman online from McKenna Porsche. We negotiated the price and shipping online, I flew in to test drive and finish the paperwork and was out in 75 minutes. Kasia Sarzynski is Porsche. We negotiated the price and shipping online, I flew in to test drive and finish the paperwork and was out in 75 minutes. Kasia Sarzynski is the perfect salesperson. Helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I have purchased many, many cars. McKenna Porsche is the only dealership where I would shop the dealer, and not the car. More
BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a new Porsche from this dealership that I never received. Because of the car shortage, many dealerships are charging sticker price, plus a I ordered a new Porsche from this dealership that I never received. Because of the car shortage, many dealerships are charging sticker price, plus a markup. I was able to negotiate the markup to a few thousand above sticker. Thereafter, the market got hotter, (due to a car/chip shortage, etc), and this dealer made up excuse after excuse of why the car I bought was never ready for delivery. I've been waiting almost 7 months for a car that doesn't seem like it'll ever appear. I've tried reaching out to the GM and the owner, who don't care. They claim they're "waiting on parts" for a brand new car and give false timelines that never come to fruition. The parts they're waiting for also change, first it's a headlight fan, then a module, what's next? The steering wheel is missing too? All the while, the car just sits there and collects dust. Its hard to get anyone to respond back. When you complain about how long you've been waiting, they tell you to go buy somewhere else, if you don't want to wait. Probably because they want to resell the car I got at a higher profit margin. Unbelievable! UPDATE: Shortly after writing that review, they sold the car right out from underneath me. Never even told me they're selling it. They unilaterally sold the car I paid money towards and waited 7 months for. I got Porsche North America involved, who was stunned the dealership did this to me. I will be taking action against this dealer for unscrupulous business practices. More
Dealer has a recent policy that they won't ship out of the state and basically did not work with me in any way for a car I was interested in. I could not even buy the car unless I was a California residen the state and basically did not work with me in any way for a car I was interested in.
