Went to s Emailed day before called next day and started financing process. Showed up to see vehicle. Salesman pawned us off to another salesman. Went to sales office expecting him to get keys and show us the vehicle. Nope. Straight to I won’t sell you that truck it’s junk but here is what else we have. At 6 times the price. All I wanted was an old beat up truck that they had listed and by the way put to their 130 point used car inspection. Said I would still like to see the truck. After wandering around for a while he say he can’t find the keys and two other salesmen told him the truck has a bad motor. Again that they put on multiple websites and claimed it has gone through their 130 point inspection. Alex from management called and said he would get me the report from service on Monday and get the keys. Monday he called and left no message and no report emailed. I called Tuesday he is not in. Called Wednesday he is not in will be in the afternoon called in afternoon and he had left for today. Front desk promised that he would call Thursday. No call. Do recommend this dealer at all and will actively encourage others to avoid them. More
BUYER BEWARE! I bought a used F-350 truck from this dealership last year before we took an extended vacation to Pennsylvania. The dealership was supposed to detail I bought a used F-350 truck from this dealership last year before we took an extended vacation to Pennsylvania. The dealership was supposed to detail the truck and fix the chips in the paint, obtain keys to the tie-down brackets in the bed of the truck, replace a scratched wheel hum cover, and fix the headliner where it was scraped and faded. When I picked up the truck that I paid over $80,000.00 for, nothing was corrected. I told and showed Jorge (The service manager) about the issues before I left. He told me to call him when I returned, and he would take care of everything (Yes, he knew that I was going to be out of state for at least six months). I just called, and Jorge is no longer with the company and the GM (Troy) will not do anything to correct the issues that were supposed to be corrected since it's been over 30 days, even though Jorge, the service manager, said all of the issues would be corrected. Very upset that this dealership does not stand behind what they say. It's obvious that they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign and then do nothing. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to an establishment that cares about the customer because it shows that Volvo of Fort Myers does not. More
