Luke handled the customer interface very well - a great start as to what should be a successful sales career. I think it would be helpful if there was a checklist presented to the customer as to all the st start as to what should be a successful sales career. I think it would be helpful if there was a checklist presented to the customer as to all the steps that we have to go thru to turn in the prior vehicle and lease the new vehicle. We were blind as to the process and often sat there waiting for whatever. More
I took my car in for an ac repair and the problem started up again and they made it right. The lady at the service desk was respectful. I’m happy with the outcome up again and they made it right. The lady at the service desk was respectful. I’m happy with the outcome More
I attempted to work out a deal and reach the sales manager Dorian to learn more about one of their used 2019 Volvo XC90's. Sadly, it quickly became apparent that not only was this manager too busy to manager Dorian to learn more about one of their used 2019 Volvo XC90's. Sadly, it quickly became apparent that not only was this manager too busy to assist a client hours away attempting to skip the hassle of driving to Ft. Myers if the deal wasn't right, McGrath Volvo lists the price of their cars below market value to appear as a good deal to the consumer until an out the door sale contract is constructed and unveiled is what you would really pay. For a car advertised right below $32.5k, you are hit with over $4,000 in extra dealer, "reconditioning", "new license plate" and administrative fees that quickly brand McGrath Volvo as less than upfront in their true price and business dealings. With tax, that original $32.5k car inflates to just over $39,000. Regardless of then attempting a trade in which will then be valued below average, I believe that McGrath Volvo is not upfront in their true consumer pricing, and their upper level managers will not take the time to call you or text you back as promised. Sadly, they also do not have any female sales representatives as the last one quit two days ago. I imagine she couldn't continue to deal with shady. Be cautious of the alluring charm and smile because it really is not what it seems at the end of the day. I will take my business elsewhere. More
My husband went to McGrath Volvo to purchase a preowned truck he had seen and applied for online. Once we got there, we were told the truck was no longer available, and also the amount they quoted for our truck he had seen and applied for online. Once we got there, we were told the truck was no longer available, and also the amount they quoted for our trade-in drastically changed. My husband ended up purchasing a pre-owned lifted truck, spending over $30,000. We took the truck home that evening and woke up in the morning to a pile of oil in our custom driveway! My husband had to leave for work and parked his truck at work, also depositing oil all over their driveway. My husband had to argue with McGrath to get the truck back in after having it for one day for them to look at the issue and get it resolved! They told my husband it was a seal that was leaking, and they would order the part and let him know when he could bring it back in. My husband went under the truck and found the pan to be completely rusted through with 2 holes in the pan. Nevertheless, it has been a nightmare to get Mcgrath Volvo to correct or handle anything on a truck that we owned for one day. We have since also foundhi other mechanical issues with the truck. McGrath shows no care or concern for their clients. l would highly recommend staying far away from this company if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. We have dealt with Carmax, and they are wonderful and stand behind their vehicles!!! the way it should be. Mcgrath Volvo shame on you absolutely disgusting service! More
Worst used car shopping experience. Emailed day before called next day and started financing process. Showed up to see vehicle. Salesman pawned us off to another salesman. Went to s Emailed day before called next day and started financing process. Showed up to see vehicle. Salesman pawned us off to another salesman. Went to sales office expecting him to get keys and show us the vehicle. Nope. Straight to I won’t sell you that truck it’s junk but here is what else we have. At 6 times the price. All I wanted was an old beat up truck that they had listed and by the way put to their 130 point used car inspection. Said I would still like to see the truck. After wandering around for a while he say he can’t find the keys and two other salesmen told him the truck has a bad motor. Again that they put on multiple websites and claimed it has gone through their 130 point inspection. Alex from management called and said he would get me the report from service on Monday and get the keys. Monday he called and left no message and no report emailed. I called Tuesday he is not in. Called Wednesday he is not in will be in the afternoon called in afternoon and he had left for today. Front desk promised that he would call Thursday. No call. Do recommend this dealer at all and will actively encourage others to avoid them. More
