Horrible Follow Up Visit When we went in to buy the car, they were as nice as can be. When we arrived at the dealership for our after sale follow up appointment, there was ano When we went in to buy the car, they were as nice as can be. When we arrived at the dealership for our after sale follow up appointment, there was another customer that came in about a minute after we got there. She rushed out of her car and blew past us so she could be taken care of first. Not the dealership's problem other than the fact the girl working in service saw this happen and still helped the other person first. As I said before, the reason we went back was for the follow up after delivery appointment, as the salesman insisted when we got the car so we "understood how all of the features on the car worked". This appointment was set when we took delivery of the car by the salesman, who also knew we had other scheduled commitments after our appointment. After we waited for the other customer to be taken care of, we were told our appointment was with the salesman. Our salesman was in a meeting when we got there, but our he saw us and looked the other way. When he did come out, he kind of barked at us and said, "I've been here since 7:30!" Good for you, but that's not when our appointment was set for. It was almost like we were a bother to actually show up, and we left feeling like we didn't matter because they already got their money, a good survey and did what they had to in order to get the sale. Again, he set the appointment. We had questions about how certain things worked, which was the reason for the follow up visit, and the salesman had a difficult time figuring them out as well. He then said, "Well, you're going to have to open the owner's manual at some time." If he wasn't so insistent on us coming back for this sole reason, we would have looked in the owner's manual, which I had already done in order to program the Home Link. Our purchase experience was a 5 star rating, as it truly was one of the best experiences we had buying a vehicle, but our next visit was awful. I'm not sure if we will return to the dealership again for service, as we have heard about horrible experiences, or to buy our next car. This visit made a really bad impression on us and the only reason we would go back is they are close to our home. If we do and that visit is like this one, I will have no problem taking the car to Bonita Springs for service and give them the opportunity to earn our future business. There are too many other dealerships out there to be treated like this. If I give you my business and you simply treat me as a valued customer, I will be loyal to the dealership and will give you an opportunity to earn my future business, but if you treat us like you did this time, I may not return again and will have no problem sharing my experience with others. I saw there ad online on Google and was interested in the 2012 Volvo S60 $299 Lease. Once I got there I was told that I would need $5000 down to get that price. I mean really I haven't seen it, driven it or 2012 Volvo S60 $299 Lease. Once I got there I was told that I would need $5000 down to get that price. I mean really I haven't seen it, driven it or anything and you just blurt out that is the base car and you need $5000 down. I told him forget it I would look elsewhere. While walking out the General Manager Dewayne Murphy approached me and told me that if I didn't drive the car I can't give you pricing!? REALLY!! Your salesman just turned me off in 2 seconds and you have the nerve to just come say a comment like that! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! STAY AWAY!!!! More
