now NEW I brought my 2023 XC90 Recharge in for 10,000 mile service and foldaway tow bar. service advisor Jace was my contact person when I came to pick up vehicle bumper was hacked and visible destroyed mile service and foldaway tow bar. service advisor Jace was my contact person when I came to pick up vehicle bumper was hacked and visible destroyed along with dent in rear driver side fender. Jace advisor tried to say bumper needs to be cut which was incorrect. Service manager Andrew contacted me to confirm they would replace bumper and fix dent. That occurred 2 weeks later only to pick up vehicle again bumper repaired walked out to car with Jace service advisor. Viewed car asked if tow bar now works pushed button only to see it didn't deploy properly because bumper wasn't cut out properly. Jace stated he didn't check. Imagine you bring in initially for fold away tow bar bumper is damaged and when it's corrected they never checked to see if worked properly before given to owner. I told Jace I would cut out bumper myself that I could not believe this. Andrew service manager was left messages never returned my calls pictures were sent to Jace my experience at McGrath Volvo simply Sucked !!! Right to left pictures represent cut out by tech which ruined bumper other two are my photos of me modifying bumper at my home which McGrath was paid to do not to mention me being inconvenienced. Call me because your service department doesn't answer their phones More

Recently purchased a low miles 2019 BMW and would not work with this dealership again. Multiple price increases (mark ups) once we began the paperwork which might be the norm now but it is so disingenuou work with this dealership again. Worked through most of that but had to agree to a large bump for their conditioning the car which ended up being a large part of my bad experience. Gas tank on empty, tires (all 4) were about 10lbs low, valve caps missing, no owners manual and only one key fob. It was obvious nothing had been done with this car which wouldn't be a big deal accept for the fee... Got a feed back call from some sort of manager and asked for help with the key and owners manual but nothing. At the end of the day it would have been so easy for them to remedy these small issues but they really don't seem to care which sums up the overall vibe at this shop. More

I’m coming back to update my review. I’m not the easiest car sale I suppose. It’s very annoying to be treated as THE average customer where you stand in line and do as your told, even t I’m not the easiest car sale I suppose. It’s very annoying to be treated as THE average customer where you stand in line and do as your told, even though I’m a former Marine. The initial meet and greet and qualifying round gets me upset. I endured the process and found the correct vehicle for me. Everyone knows what I’m talking about. I don’t want to blast the dealership but they did come around and made me very satisfied with my decision. Kuddos for that. The issues have been resolved and I’m giving much higher ratings. I’ll return for another if I see something I’d like to get. I’m sitting with a manager and talking prior to me getting upset with their process. Thanks for hanging in there to those that assisted.
