I had been corresponding with a used car salesman for about a week, put a deposit on a t A dealership that offers negligence and bad customer service. I had been corresponding with a used car salesman for about a week, put a deposit on a truck, and made it known I was traveling 3 hours to purchase this vehicle. Asked them to inspect it as I would hate to drive that far for there to be a stupid issue. Before even taking the car off the lot, a very loud screeching noise happened when accelerating to only 15 MPH. Clearly the vehicle was not inspected as this was noticed before even taking the car out. They offered to fix the issue, however the trust was lost and I do not believe they inspected the vehicle. Asked the manager if they could honor a 3 day return policy so I could take it home to my trusted mechanic and bring it back should there be any other issues. He did not not. I understand problems occur with used vehicles but someone should have noticed beforehand. Had the manager made accommodations to ease my worries, I would have bought the truck but he had nothing to offer. Very negligent to the cars on their lot and no customer service. Wouldn’t trust anyone there! More

Thanks Will, Sonata, and everyone at McGrath Volvo I worked with Will and Sonata this week and ended up leasing a XC60. They were able to work with me to meet the price range I was comfortable with wit I worked with Will and Sonata this week and ended up leasing a XC60. They were able to work with me to meet the price range I was comfortable with without cutting any corners on the quality or options on the vehicle. I’ve had 4 new cars in my life, none of which came with some of the accessories that were included standard with the Volvo (a set of traditional floor mats and a set of all weather rubber floor mats, a rubber trunk liner, and extra sets of keys (4 total)). Will was able to answer all of my questions and even came in on his day off to help. I feel like I got a great deal and I have a safe and beautiful car for my family. I have two small children who were with me during most of the process and everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome. My husband will be back to work with them when his lease is up! More
