Long-distance deal I found my perfect vehicle at McGrath Volvo of Ft. Myers. That was the good news. The bad news, at least for me, was that I lived about 200 miles aw I found my perfect vehicle at McGrath Volvo of Ft. Myers. That was the good news. The bad news, at least for me, was that I lived about 200 miles away. The process began with a phone call between Rocky, the GSM, and me, going over both my trade and the car I was interested in. Rocky was completely transparent, very informative, and presented the vehicle both via text and video. He gave me a fair value for my trade, sold me on his car, completed my financing approval, and set a date to do the deal. Will met us at the door, gave me a test drive, closed me up and TO'd me to Finance. There, we were greeted by Kirk and Michelle. They made what is ordinarily a painful, drawn-out process quite enjoyable. Long story a bit shorter, these folks are consummate professionals. Everyone was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and customer service focused. One of the very best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. Highly recommended. There is no need to shop anywhere else. More
