First Car I'm 22 and was on the pursuit of buying my first car. Went to Volvo and was immediately helped by Will. I told him my price range and what I was looki I'm 22 and was on the pursuit of buying my first car. Went to Volvo and was immediately helped by Will. I told him my price range and what I was looking for and he was able to find me exactly that. Will was the ideal salesman, answered any questions I had, told me honest answers, and didn't try to "sell" me on something that was out of my price range or not for me. I ended up actually picking a car that day, and the next day coming in the dealership with all the paperwork ready to sign on arrival. The finance manager, Michelle, was also super friendly, very professional and was able to guide me through the whole process. I'm beyond glad I came here to purchase my first car. As the years go on and I progress through my career, I will definitely be back again to get another new car in the future. I'm a lifelong customer now. Thanks again Volvo! More

Definitely a scam dealer I purchased a car from this dealer and would definitely not use them again. It was a very unpleasant experience. The sales agent was inexperienced so I purchased a car from this dealer and would definitely not use them again. It was a very unpleasant experience. The sales agent was inexperienced so a more experienced person was brought in who actually offered nothing to facilitate the purchase. But it was the so-called “manager” who was the real slickster. And their so-called “dealer fee” was the highest I had ever seen ($799) but they refused to remove it. When the car was ready, it was clear that no one had lifted a finger to even bother to clean it. So just what is a “dealer fee” for? They were also deceptive and double-dealing with a replacement part. I should have walked away. This is definitely a scam joint. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! More
