We thought the car was leaking oil and called Volvo. They wanted me to come in immediately and offered to tow my car. They took the car as soon as it got there. On the upside, Joel (saleman) took good care of us and the dealership took care of getting a hitch installed on the truck. On the down side, the hitch took several days and I do feel that we were held lat the dealership took care of getting a hitch installed on the truck. When we signed off on everything presented to us, we were contacted the next day by John Bridwell stating that they (lady in his place) had us sign the wrong odometer form. now NEW I brought my 2023 XC90 Recharge in for 10,000 mile service and foldaway tow bar. service advisor Jace was my contact person when I came to pick up vehicle bumper was hacked and visible destroyed mile service and foldaway tow bar. service advisor Jace was my contact person when I came to pick up vehicle bumper was hacked and visible destroyed along with dent in rear driver side fender. Jace advisor tried to say bumper needs to be cut which was incorrect. Service manager Andrew contacted me to confirm they would replace bumper and fix dent. That occurred 2 weeks later only to pick up vehicle again bumper repaired walked out to car with Jace service advisor. Viewed car asked if tow bar now works pushed button only to see it didn't deploy properly because bumper wasn't cut out properly. Jace stated he didn't check. Imagine you bring in initially for fold away tow bar bumper is damaged and when it's corrected they never checked to see if worked properly before given to owner. I told Jace I would cut out bumper myself that I could not believe this. Andrew service manager was left messages never returned my calls pictures were sent to Jace my experience at McGrath Volvo simply Sucked !!! Right to left pictures represent cut out by tech which ruined bumper other two are my photos of me modifying bumper at my home which McGrath was paid to do not to mention me being inconvenienced.
