She worked with me for 3 days to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted. She even returned my texts on her day off. She was very down to earth and not your typical pushy, sales person. She also brought my Grandmother flowers and thanked her for her (nonexistent) patients. The used car sales manager is also amazing. I wish that I had his name. I went through a divorce recently and it ruined my credit. After all of the paperwork was done and I purchased my car, the sales manager sat with me for about 10 min. and showed me tricks on how to fix my credit quickly. This is a very honest dealership. VOLVO - THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! WE WILL BE RETURNING ONE DAY! :) More
