Place is completely awful I came here to purchase a new vehicle and I was amazed at the complete lack of professionalism and dumbfounded how they could even be in business. You actually have to ask the front receptionist if you want any water, and the water fountain tasted like toilet water. The customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 is around a negative 5, and they treat you as though you are trying to steal one of their cars. Please “steer” very far away from this place and try Volvo of Naples. The customer service and overall experience there was much better and Volvo should be ashamed of how this the establishment in Fort Myers is still open for business. More

The Audi was a robust sporty drive but my wife found the passenger compartment not ergonomically friendly. The Volvo hit all the marks. Comfort, ergonomically pleasing and a pleasure to drive. The model we purchased is a front wheel drive loaded T5 Inscription.
