The service department is horrible especially the guy that works in the parts, I have called numerous times and left messages for him to call me back and he never did. My car is there for service and he that works in the parts, I have called numerous times and left messages for him to call me back and he never did. My car is there for service and he said they will have it for a day, never heard from them that my car is done or they will have it another day. I tried calling numerous times and cannot get a hold of the service department to see if my car is done or not. There customer service is horrible More
