I felt compelled to write a review, in which I never entertain. I traded my Ford pick up truck, in which they gave me close, real close to Kelly book value. Through that I was impressed. Then the salesm entertain. I traded my Ford pick up truck, in which they gave me close, real close to Kelly book value. Through that I was impressed. Then the salesman John Bridwell, dealt with my transaction in an organized and timely fashion. This guy saw the whole process through, and explained everything to me in detail. John even delivered my new truck to my residence. However, what really captured my appreciation of customer service, is that John followed through a couple of days later, to check and see if all was fine with my purchase. I highly recommend Volvo cars of Fort Myers to purchase any vehicle, used or new, just ask for JOHN BRIDWELL. More
