I felt compelled to write a review, in which I never entertain. I traded my Ford pick up truck, in which they gave me close, real close to Kelly book value. Through that I was impressed. Then the salesman John Bridwell, dealt with my transaction in an organized and timely fashion. This guy saw the whole process through, and explained everything to me in detail. John even delivered my new truck to my residence. However, what really captured my appreciation of customer service, is that John followed through a couple of days later, to check and see if all was fine with my purchase. I highly recommend Volvo cars of Fort Myers to purchase any vehicle, used or new, just ask for JOHN BRIDWELL. More

BUYER BEWARE! !! This dealer lied over and over again to sell a vehicle that was never inspected. Bald tires that were the wrong size, brakes that were shot. Very u !! AND to top it all off, they couldn't even get us a title for the vehicle as it had fraud on it. They want ME to go to the police station to sort it out and try and get a title. WHAT A JOKE!! DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. Look at some of the other bad reviews that had similar claims. Not only that, but the General Manager didn't even have the decency to call us about the sale after repeated emails and voicemails to him requesting a call. This dealership should be reported to the BBB and be shut down. I repeat, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. There are plenty of reputable dealerships out there to purchase a vehicle from.
