I brought my car in for service. They did a tire rotation and alignment. I left there and my front right tire show Low air. I went home and filled it up but was annoyed that I jus They did a tire rotation and alignment. I left there and my front right tire show Low air. I went home and filled it up but was annoyed that I just paid for this . I rode the car and wound up with a flat tire on I 75 and the tire couldn’t be repaired so now I need a new tire. Not happy. It has a nail in it and either they didn’t notice it (I went in with tires that were okay) or in the dealership the tire picked up a nail. More

However I feel the dealerships showroom has a bit of improvement’s to make. The look of the showroom is not attractive at all. I’ve purchased at other high end dealerships and they’ve always provided many amenities, such a beautiful lounge area with cappuccino, treats even fresh fruit. Volvo of Naples is superb and I thought I would have the same experience in Ft Myers but was sadly very disappointed. I would recommend putting some of the profits back into the look of the showroom. However, I love my new vehicle and hope to enjoy it for many years to come More

If no stars was available that’s what I would pick. They lie about what’s available. We drove out to see a car that was listed, called 2 times to make sure it was there and they said yes. Showed up and they said it sold the other day and forgot to update their website. Sounds like a ploy to just get people in so they can push you to put money down on a more expensive car. I know car salesmen are shady but these people take the cake. Would not recommend at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. More
