Hi My name is Dana, and I was in this Volvo two days ago to have a software update to my new Volvo …after 3 hours and a few software failures, the guy I gave the keys came to tell me is almost done…then a f to have a software update to my new Volvo …after 3 hours and a few software failures, the guy I gave the keys came to tell me is almost done…then a few minutes later the tech walked in without to realize I can hear told the other guy it failed again They went back in the back and came to tell me … I think you heard it failed again, but it is like 90%, so you're fine…no, I am not; 3 hours in, and nothing has been done… is not complete, so you can’t tell me it is fine I can’t speak with someone on the phone using Bluetooth …because it is messed up!!! So how can I trust this dealership? I tried to buy the car after the hurricane because I lost it when it got flooded at work, and this dealership wanted to charge me for x60, double the amount I was paying for the previous car, which had way more gadgets than the one I was looking too…had to drive away from the county to get a fair price So to be short … this is not ok; one to spend 3 hours with no finalized updates or to get charged double of the amount because this dealership prayed on people who lost their car in the hurricane… I will never service my car at this place… I do not trust the site. Also, I will not ever use this place to buy or lease!!! I already complain to Volvo, and I will make sure I will leave truthful reviews where people can see what you are doing there! More

I am pushing 80 years and have hearing issues. The Salesman, Edward Bevan, showed us a pickup. That was the first misrepresentation. I was told they have a network of contacts that will circumvent any negative reviews we give. Maybe just a threat. At the signing of docs in Mr Dorian Montero's office there were a lot of distractions and over an hour of signing many dozens of papers. I did not see that they "adjusted" the sales price to $1700 more than the advertised price (I have screen shots of the ads). I must have said OK to an extended Warranty (who needs that on a new truck with 2000 miles), because Mr. Monterio says he has me on video tape saying OK. I never would have approved of a $2300.00 charge for that had it been explained to me. Misrepresentation and Intentional Predatory Pricing resulted in me paying about $4,000.00 for than I should have. In addition, the State of Florida now advised me that my Registration Paperwork does not match the License Plate, so I am driving the new vehicle illegally. I sent a Certified Mail to McGrath Volvo itemizing my issues and they responded that if I come in, they will explain, and get "some" of my money back. I don't want explanations, I want the issues solved. It is now a month and no resolution. More

Attentive, efficient, patient and goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. Would highly recommend your next car to be bought at McGrath Volvo of fort Myers with Gary. I promise you will have no regrets and be in awe. From there we met with Dorian in the finance department. And the service and attention kept on going. Between just these 2 guys and sales manager Connor making this deal happen, I will be back! From at least 5 dealers I have visited in a week, the professionalism these 2 men portrayed is unbelievable, incomparable and just because of that I have found my life long dealer. They will bring a lot of success to this dealer. As this being my 5th car this year, I will spread the word to many people, so they can encounter the experience I was provided with.
