Hello, We do not have junk fees. We do have a Documentation fee, which is standard practice in the South Florida market and Nationwide. There is also state tax and license and title. We have been trying to reach out to you regarding this review. We were able to track down who you are from your google review, that does have your name. Looking at your communication with us today, it appears that you are in fact upset about taxes and registration fees. These are not junk fees. These are required to legally own and operate the vehicle.

That is a complete lie. Wow! You are more dishonest that I originally thought. I never stated that I did not want to pay government required fees. I would expect to pay all taxes and registration fees as required by the law. What I don't expect to pay are what I call JUNK FEES, or in other words additional dealer markup fees such as a recon fee, a document fee, or an inflated government fee. These dealer added fees(not government required fees which are tax, tag and registration costs)should be part of the advertised price. What you are doing is a classic bate and switch. You bate the consumer in with what appears to be a reasonable price, then when it's time to make a deal, you switch the price to a number that is $3000.00 or more above your advertised price. You say that this is common practice in South Florida Market, and Nationwide. Why don't you set your self apart from the other dealers and not engage in these deceptive practices. Wouldn't that be the honorable and most forthcoming way to do business?
