I write this with the hope that no one else will experience THE WORST customer service I have experienced in decades! Even after writing a Google review about my experience, I only received a VM mes experience THE WORST customer service I have experienced in decades! Even after writing a Google review about my experience, I only received a VM message and have called them back THREE times and NO Response! Why? I surmise they know they took advantage of a disabled senior and could really careless about making it up to me! They lied on their ad listing, took over 5 hours to purchase the vehicle and sent me down the road with an EMPTY tank of gas!!! In addition, there were critters living under the hood that chewed the wires to the battery! No one EVER followed up with me nor granted my request to meet with the owner to describe this HORRENDOUS car buying experience. Jace from service called me once and I’ve returned his call 3 times and NO call back! Inexcusable! Save yourself lots of frustration & aggravation and STAY away from them!!! More
