Our family was on the search for a used car for our oldest daughter before she would head back to college. We found a used VW Tiguan that my daughter fell in love with after a test drive. Armen was extremely accommodating and even came in on his day off the next day to assist with the final sale. Between Armen and Tarlan, the purchase went smoothly. I was from out of state and flew in to test drive the vehicle. They accepted my feedback on the car with professionalism. When I hesitated on the price, they showed understanding and patience while professionally informing me of my options. I would call their balance between caring and listening while working on the sale completely balanced. I chose not to purchase but I would quickly work with this great team again! I highly recommend! He was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Unfortunately, we chose a different make/model from another dealership. However, I had mentioned to Scott that we were also looking to purchase another used car in the coming weeks assuming the right vehicle was available. We just didn't know what that vehicle was yet! I had also shared the same comment with other dealers yet no one followed up, EXCEPT SCOTT! He continued to stay in touch and share any new, pristine inventory that arrived. It felt like having a personal shopper who truly was listening to your needs. Within a couple weeks, he found "the car" and the purchase couldn't have been easier! We are so grateful for Scott's diligence and knowledge. He made our used car shopping experience simple and stress free. More

Short on my trade, overpaid on the purchase, was told it was not a rental (it was) and the F&I manager tried to get me on 5.9% loan with a 840 credit score? That was the only win I may have got. Ended at 4.4% Just a horrible experience as i reflect back. More

Unethical First and foremost, I will admit that I had no business going into this dealership in the first place. The reason for this is the fact that I was appr First and foremost, I will admit that I had no business going into this dealership in the first place. The reason for this is the fact that I was approved through Roadloans and was so excited to get out from under the mistake that I made, I went. My reason for admitting this now, is that I did not know that it was not a Roadloans partnership dealer. After informing them of my pre-approval - after which I should have been told that they were not a partnership dealer - the first person that I spoke with convinced me to agree to a credit app because they could definitely get a lower interest rate for me - another mistake. I was "handed over" to a salesman who seemed very interested in the reason for my wife not being willing to be on a car loan with me - which frankly was none of his business and should not have mattered anyway because I reiterated my pre-approval. Keep in mind, I provided full disclosure about the details of my trade in from the very beginning. I was also given a rousing welcome "Welcome to the McGrath family!" Iobviously took a test drive and loved the car. Then I was conveniently told that the car could not be financed due to its age - a 2009 Toyota Prius. This is something else that I should have been told. Then after almost walking out, the boisterous welcomer offered to"Throw A Hail Mary" and get me approved on another vehicle. I explained that I had no money for a down payment Sure enough, it was a resounding NO. This place is a joke!!! More
