We just bought a used vehicle and we hope that it won't be as disappointing as our purchase experience at McGrath Volvo. Misleading tactics, lots of dishonesty. Our advice is BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are be as disappointing as our purchase experience at McGrath Volvo. Misleading tactics, lots of dishonesty. Our advice is BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are buying a used car know that their rates are not the best available even though they will say they got you the best rate. Lots of lip service with "what can we do to make it better?" and "we are all about customer service" with no real intent to make anything better. The assistant manage was a joke. He wanted to take our picture with our new vehicle. As we were stating that we don't want our picture taken because we had such a bad experience, he actually said that he doesn't know what happened but he would "like to put it all behind us." As each staff member we talked to said they are all about customer service and asked how they could make the situation better, they took zero responsibility. When we suggested a way they could make it better they weren't interested in our suggestion. By the time all was said and done, it was borderline comical when we left the dealership with the vehicle we purchased and saw that the gas tank was on empty. Helpful, good at explaining things from the purchasing process, to the car which was a used car, and not a Volvo. He was patient, did not put on the pressure and also respectful of my specific needs. We felt comfortable and confident, we got a good deal on the 3 year old SUV we purchased. I would go there again to purchase a car. Bought the car I wanted with little hassle. Couple minor issues I'm waiting to hear back on. But very happy with service and expediency. Only a week with the car. Some body dings. Looks like breakin's by the door handles(Fixed(R)/Fixing(L)). Headlight Assemblies Compromised(Fixed on my own, nice work Volvo). 113K Miles. With my repairs still about 200 less than my entire budget. Volvo beat price I expected by 1000. What I picked up to what it looks like now with new headlights door handle fixes. Nite and day. Purchase, same day after looking over and test drive. More

Old school dealer with typical canned sales tricks and overpriced add ons. No respect for your time, The sales people seem nice and genuine until the sales managers come in and appear so desperate to make overpriced add ons. No respect for your time, The sales people seem nice and genuine until the sales managers come in and appear so desperate to make a sale of literally anything they have, they turn you off. Alex G one of the sales managers is basically a tape recording, and comes off as so insincere and obviously only interested in getting more out of your pocket. It’s 2023, not 1983. If you believe in time travel, this is a good place to experience it. I went in for a specific car, they had sold it earlier and tried to sell me on a car wildly more expensive than I came in for and not at all what I wanted. Then the sales team relentlessly bothers me in follow ups when they don't even have what I'm looking for. Relationships aren't built by churning and burning your customers. I'm surprised Volvo Corporate puts up with this, this store is definitely off brand for Volvo. More

Bought 2020 Audi A4 with 19 fault codes. How I could not see it? Unless you bring along a mechanic with OBD2 scanner you will not know about B1A07F1, B116E13 or U112400 and so on... McGrath How I could not see it? Unless you bring along a mechanic with OBD2 scanner you will not know about B1A07F1, B116E13 or U112400 and so on... McGrath Volvo dearer will never admit that it is selling lemon car to you. If I have not asked I would blamed myself, but I have asked if the car had any issue and was in good condition. Of course it was good for sale by the dealer opinion. Neither will they replay to your request for spare tire kit nor tell you you missed small dent on the roof. But they will give you disclaimer document to sign preventing you to sue them. If you see such document at signing , run! More
