My wife was in a rear end accident in her 2021 XC60, and to replace it she wanted the XC90 to feel even more safe. We searched nationwide and found one at McGrath. Working with Alan and Alex could not have been easier, and Din in finance made everything a breeze. They overnighted paper work to us, and were able to pick me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. Even with a 2 hour flight delay they were more than happy to accommodate! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone from any corner of the country! These guys make buying a car easy and they aren't your typical car salesmen, They actually care! A+++ More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! First, Alan our salesman was great to work with, he’s a really good man. Sadly our experience here outside of Alan was awful. This is the first time I have ever left a review on anything, but as a business owner myself I want people to know this story. We agreed on a price for a 2020 Pacifica online, showed up, test drove it with Alan, loved the van but heard some loud noises as we drove it. This was my first mistake, any noise on a car means something is wrong. Alan checked with the service team who checked the service records and assured us everything was great, and that they would check on the noises as they got it ready for us to take home. I’m not a car guy and the reason I buy used at a dealership instead of a private buyer or used car shop is I believe they have good reputations and good service. Second mistake. Less than 3 weeks after we buy the van I took it to my mechanic (which I should’ve done before I bought it, but again expected McGrath was honest and good with their service - Third Mistake) to get the transmission fluid flushed as preventative care since the van had about 80k miles. My mechanic did the flush but called me about the fact that there were loud noises (I didn’t even mention these to him) coming from bad wheel bearings on the front 2 wheels and a bad clutch on the A/C compressor, both noises a car novice like me even heard. I called McGrath and after first telling me sorry you’re out of luck they then said bring it in Monday and we will work it out. I was there today for over 2 hours and another 2 hr round trip and what a complete waste of my time. I was told they still couldn’t hear the noises and offered me a tire rotation because maybe it was the road noise. I showed them my mechanics estimates and also mentioned how we had discussed these noises with Alan from the beginning (which he would corroborate). So I spent $26k on a van that less than 3 weeks later I am putting $2,500 into because of either dishonest business or incompetence, has to be one or the other. I’m leaning towards dishonest since my mechanic easily pin pointed the noises we originally heard (and again we didn’t even ask him to) and after 3 times (my wife discussed with McGrath as well) they still can’t hear the noise issues. I bet if we bought this car at another dealership they would’ve definitely found the issues wrong with it and then some. Stay away from McGrath Volvo and I would stay away from McGrath period if this is the type of business one of their dealerships does. More
