The McGrath Automotive Group was founded in 1964. Leo McGrath purchased McBride Buick in Elgin, Illinois after working with Buick Motor Division as a District Sales and Service Manager. His son, Gary McGrath, began working for him at a young age experiencing every aspect of the automotive business. In 1971 Gary purchased the Buick Franchise from Leo and a few years later opened his first Honda dealership next door. Honda in St Charles was later added to better serve the west suburbs. We continue to pride ourselves on treating our customers with respect and honesty.

Granted, there were several other cars being processed but it was obvious that the team was under staffed for the number of appointments allowed. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation Quick and friendly service! I was greeted immediately when I pulled my truck in. The advisor asked if I had any concerns and inquired whether I needed Quick and friendly service! I was greeted immediately when I pulled my truck in. The advisor asked if I had any concerns and inquired whether I needed a ride somewhere. He even followed me to the parking lot when he realized I accidentally forgot my phone in the truck. Just really fantastic Carlos was great. From the minute I walked in the door with my son I felt so taken care of. Never pressured or pushed. They heard all of my needs in a Carlos was great. So helpful with explaining everything even right down to the smallest detail with finance. I felt very much at ease and would really never go anywhere else. Made appointment for 4 tires, was told it will take one hour. It took almost 3 hours, only because I kept asking about my car. People come in and there's nobody there to help, happened to me before, happ hour. It took almost 3 hours, only because I kept asking about my car. People come in and there's nobody there to help, happened to me before, happened to someone when I was waiting. 4 days later, tire was almost flat. Took it to closest tire place, and as Far as I expected they didn't prepare the rim for a new tire. If you go here, be prepared for issues. Hourly labor rate is not posted, ILLEGAL, they will charge you for labor while car sits in lot. Good Service Reps are forced to rip off clients by management. Go to DeKalb, or find a good mechanic and use Honda parts. More
