Painless I was "checked in" by Esteban. I sat in the waiting room for some TV, Had a couple of hot chocolate drinks and about 55 minutes Esteban came in and w I was "checked in" by Esteban. Even when I am taken care of by one member, another member would see m I am always greeted in a courteous and professional manner by the service team. The sales team would also do this if they see me in the waiting area. They are very thorough when my vehicle is serviced, and point out discrepancies, but there is no pressure. I wouldn't even think of bringing my vehicle to another dealer! More

Getting better! Mike Castro the service rep was outstanding. He listened to me explaining the issue and told me the steps they would have to do to test the problem.
