When I purchase a vehicle I don't want to be burdened by issues especially as a new mom. David showed me side by side comparison of the pilot to something else I considered. He was honest, down to earth and considerate. This is how I'd want any car buying process to be. The experience was a very positive one! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. The service manager estimated that the length of the appointment might be as l I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. The service manager estimated that the length of the appointment might be as long as 90-100 minutes, because I chose to have a warranty issue taken care of as well.
