I was purchasing an Accord Hybrid that was being delivered within 2 weeks. The communication and personal attention I received was refreshing. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last year and a half delivered within 2 weeks. The communication and personal attention I received was refreshing. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last year and a half and they were by far the best experience to date. They treat you like a valued customer. Many dealers I've dealt with treated my like another number because of how hot the market is. I never felt rushed or like I was unimportant. I did have to pay a market adjustment they masked as a package which included floor liners and splash guards, but I didn't find it super unreasonable. It surely was far less than the vast majority of other dealers are charging. I just wish they were a little more transparent that its a market adjustment that also includes some additions. With that said, I will always use them for my Honda purchases going forward. Thanks for a great experience! Jose Espinosa was such a friendly, accommodating, patient salesman. More

The three of them formed an amazing team who not only provided me with excellent quality service but made me a custom (Salesman); and Erin (Service). After I paid the deposit for a new car, he becomes unreachable. I texted him, no repose. I called him two times, and left voice message, never pick up the phone nor call back. I am supposed to pick my car two weeks later, let's see how it goes. 07/16 update: Today is the last day of ETA car arriving window they promised, but I wasn't informed the status of the car. I don't know where is the car, and whether it will be ready for pick up today. The sales guy said he did not get updated. 07/18 update: Finally picked up the new car. The pick up experience is surprisingly smooth. They apologized for the delay, and did the things right this time, so I change the review to 5 star from 1 star. I suggest doing business with below mentioned forks. Isaac, sales representative, and Yeti, sales manager, took over our case. They did a good job to deliver the car smooth and hassle free. Thumbs up for their service. Mario, new car manager, also shown up to greeting, and asked about the feedback. More
