We had an appointment said his name was Isaiah. The vehicle was to be set outside ready and waiting. When we arrived we were to meet a George. Instead, we were shuffled off to a salesman names Taha where we were given the run around for over 30 minutes and still not able to see the vehicle we drove over 2.5 hours to see. When he finally returned he said they just sold the vehicle 5 minutes ago but we said we have these other vehicles you can look at. Both way out of our range. I do not believe the vehicle was even there or available but simply a ploy to get us into the dealership. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and attempt to just be a sales driven company. Screw the customer...or potential customer! More

The buy process of the vehicle was alright but their service department is useless and incompetent. Had to that the vehicle back in a couple days after purchase for an exhaust leak and other issues. Was told from the sales manager that they new about the problem but the sales department and service department don't talk to each other so they sold us a vehicle with known issues. They were supposed to fix these issues but instead my vehicle has been in the shop 4 or more time since purchasing 9/28/23 and they still haven't fixed the problems. Plus they wanted to charge be $159 diagnostic fee for each of the problems. Should happened when its been in here for the same problems over and over again and they arent fixing them We just got the vehicle back today and the report stated on multiple issues that they couldn't duplicate the problems. Got in my vehicle and magically all of the issues were still there. Had we known about all the issues upfront we wouldn't have purchases the vehicle. Shady sales department, horrible service department. More
