My salesman, Shane Delao, was knowledgeable, patient, kind, courteous, a gentleman and answered all my many questions. And he helped me find the perfect car! I love it! Very bad experience, I have visited 4 times and they don’t care about customer time. Booked appointment to see car, when visit dealership they just informed car just sold out and they didn’t notify rega don’t care about customer time. Booked appointment to see car, when visit dealership they just informed car just sold out and they didn’t notify regarding car got sold out. After that for another car checked with sales team and they confirmed availability and I want their to see car and test drive it and sales team started paperwork. After 10 minutes they just inform me that they will Sale car to another buyer instead of to me, after taking all information from me to make paperwork. ALL OF THIS JUST WASTED 16-20 HR More

We never felt rushed while working with him and would work with him again without hesitation. He was the most pleasant salesperson that we have ever worked with while purchasing a car. Our experience with the financing department was very average compared to our previous experiences with other dealerships. We came in with our own preapproved financing from our credit union expecting the dealership to tell us they could probably get us a better rate, which we were open to hearing. They told us they could get a better rate, but we were caught off guard when the monthly payment was higher than the one we were preapproved for with out credit union. Suddenly when we confronted them about this, they were able to magically get us an even lower rate. We were a bit annoyed with how they clearly did not share with us the best rate available to us and we had to ask them multiple times for a clear printout of all prices and fees and how they were coming to the calculated monthly payment. It's very important to us to know exactly what we are paying for. Of course, like most dealerships we have financed with, all they really wanted to give us was the monthly payment, but in the end we were able to work it out and were satisfied with the end result. People just need to be diligent about knowing what exactly dealerships are putting into that monthly payment...I wish this part was an easier process. We really appreciated that McGrath did not include market adjustment fees in their prices like some other dealerships that we inquired with. In the end we would return to this McGrath. We are enjoying our vehicle so far and hope it lasts us many years to come. More
