Smooth operation I was trying to understand the prices of service on your website. But it was no help at all. So I just went in to get my oil changed, when I got there I was trying to understand the prices of service on your website. But it was no help at all. So I just went in to get my oil changed, when I got there CJ spoke to me about why there are not prices on the site. He said because they need to know the type of car I have, but the site brought up my car so I would think it knows. He said it's best just to call it's much easier. I will next time. The wait was going to be over an hour, but CJ got me in and out under :45mins. More

A persistent problem was finally diagnosed and fixed. I have nothing to say one way or the other about the whole dealership, but I have had three encounters in the last month or so with service. The first was good, but, as it turns out, not thorough enough to diagnose a problem. A second trip seemed to take care of it (thank you, Ron), but the tire pressure light came on again in short order. A third trip took care of the issue, I hope for good. More
