I wanted a larger vehicle for my family needs and had test drove Mercedes, Volvo, Audi, Toyota, Acura, Lexus, Subauru, kia and hyndai. I had options and after extensive research about customer satisfaction, highway complaints, consumer reports etc. I decided the Honda pilot was all around the best decision. When I purchase a vehicle I don't want to be burdened by issues especially as a new mom. David showed me side by side comparison of the pilot to something else I considered. He was honest, down to earth and considerate. This is how I'd want any car buying process to be. He also walked me through all the features and setup my preferences so I was all set as I drive home from the dealership. I'm very happy with my decision. Thank you! More

normal service I was in for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I waited for about ten minutes before i was approached and then was told my wait time would be ab I was in for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I waited for about ten minutes before i was approached and then was told my wait time would be about an hour. It was over an hour and a half. The service member that I worked with was friendly and updated a couple of times on the process. More
