Took Impeccable care of the customer! Needed fuel injectors replaced on Pilot- Service center called Honda got them to honor a lower price (since out of mfg warranty by 3k miles) then the Needed fuel injectors replaced on Pilot- Service center called Honda got them to honor a lower price (since out of mfg warranty by 3k miles) then the dealer covered the rest of the repair! Zach did a great job answering all my questions/concerns, got things figured out fast, car was repaired in 4 hours... all of this took place in the same day. He made sure everything was taken care of and I was happy. I have worked with CJ before in the service center - very approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Always a great experience! Brent worked out the dealership portion of the repair. Felt like my concerns were a priority! He came up to me after the repair was done to introduce himself and ask if all was taken care of. Very nice, touch. Great customer service all around. We will be back in the future!! More

The sales reps and managers are much, much better than they used to be. It used to feel like the salespeople felt like they were doing you a favor selling you one of their vehicles. Never a warm greeting, sometimes no one would ever come up to you. I never understood that. Now, there is a warm greeting and they are very willing to work on getting you the best vehicle at the best price. Whatever happened the change is very positive and very noticeable. It's nice to give local business to a dealership that now really seems to appreciate it. More

Maintenance I was able to get an appointment the same day. CJ greeted me when I arrived, went through the work I needed and said it would take about 2 hours, hop I was able to get an appointment the same day. But our recent experience far surpassed that. I believe they have a new general manager and the difference is palpable. We especially appreciated Darek's easygoing and informative approach. He knows the products well, and was very helpful without being pushy or aggressive. Darek spent hours with us, and was happy to have us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted to. Brent, the sales manager, was also very personable and direct. London and Tom, the finance managers we worked with were patient, helpful and clear in their explanations. We bought three cars from this team in a month and had the same experience each time. Will definitely go back when its time for another Honda. More
