Earned my trust In December 2019 I was rear ended and my Odyssey was totaled. I wanted another Odyssey and did not have time to do comparison shopping as I normally In December 2019 I was rear ended and my Odyssey was totaled. I wanted another Odyssey and did not have time to do comparison shopping as I normally would. My husband and I needed to purchase a car quickly. We came to McGrath on a Saturday just before Christmas and came home with a used Odyssey. Joselin Lechuga was our salesperson and she was exceptional--stayed with us and did all she could to facilitate our transaction. She's personable, patient and knowledgeable. We were not only very impressed with Joselin, but also with George Othon, Dustin Johnson, and London (finance person). All did their best to make our unexpected car buying visit as painless as possible. Joselin did her best to motivate the service department to get the oil changed on our purchase so we could leave, but it was a very busy Saturday afternoon during the holidays and we feel the delay was unavoidable and to be expected. In the week or so following our purchase, Joselin was quickly accessible via email to answer a few questions I had about the new car and to offer solutions. Since then we have been happy with the car for the most part, one never knows if there may be issues when purchasing a used car--but so far our new (used) Odyssey has been fine and we trust that it will be as dependable and reliable as our old one. Easy used car buying experience I needed a new car after my last one was totaled after a bad accident. With my driving characteristics (in the city, less than 10k a year), it didn't I needed a new car after my last one was totaled after a bad accident. With my driving characteristics (in the city, less than 10k a year), it didn't make sense to buy new and I went with a certified pre owned options. I came in with a few models I wanted to look at and test drive, and Dave G was able to pull up a few cars that fit within my budget and mileage requirements. The test drive route was nice too to test the turning process and acceleration of the cars. Process was fairly easy and I didn't feel pressured towards going with new 2020 vehicle, one model or features in particular. CPO items were explained well and the paperwork didn't take too long. I'm happy with both my new car and the service from Honda. If I ever need to trade-in, I would return here. More
