BUYERS BEWARE ! I RECENTLY PUT A VEHICLE ON HOLD AFTER LOT OF RESEARCH AND GOING THROUGH ALL THE OPTIONS. WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT ON PRICING AND AGREED TO TAKE D I RECENTLY PUT A VEHICLE ON HOLD AFTER LOT OF RESEARCH AND GOING THROUGH ALL THE OPTIONS. WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT ON PRICING AND AGREED TO TAKE DELIVERY BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH DUE TO MY HUSBAND'S HECTIC WORK SCHEDULE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PUT ON HOLD AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION FROM OUR SALES CONSULTANT. FEW DAYS LATER MY HUSBAND TEXTED OUR SALES CONSULATANT AND HE TOLD US THAT THEY SOLD THE CAR. WE NEVER GOT A CALL FROM MANAGEMENT STAFF LETTING US KNOW OF THEIR TRANSACTIONS. WE WERE TOLD THE UPPERMANAGEMENT/OWNER MADE THE DECISION AND THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING. WE ASKED HOW COULD THEY SELL THE CAR THAT WAS ON HOLD FOR US AND WE HAD AN AGREEMENT, THEY SAID THEY GOT MORE MONEY FOR THE VEHICLE. IT'S SHAMEFUL, UNETHICAL, AND DISGUSTING THAT THEY STOOP DOWN TO THIS LEVEL. THIS WAS GOING TO BE MY FIRST CAR IN US AS I RECENTLY MOVED HERE FROM INDIA AND THESE GUYS SOLD THE CAR FOR MORE MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE. THIS WAS NOT A MISTAKE BUT A CHOICE . IT WAS DONE DELIBERATELY FOR MORE MONEY, WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THERE IS NO BUSINESS ETHICS , MORALS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE . THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY OVER THEIR PROMISED WORDS . AS CUSTOMERS IF WE DIDNT HONOUR OUR WORD AND PURCHASE THE CAR IT WOULD PINCH THE OWNER AND THE MANAGEMENT . MY HUSBAND HAD BOUGHT A VEHICLE THROUGH THEM JUST 8 MONTHS AGO AND WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND THEY STILL DECIDED TO DO THIS TO US. PLEASE BE MINDFUL BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND DISSAPOINTED LIKE US . WE WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REGARDING THESE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. THERE IS NO BUSINESS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS . More
