I couldn’t be happier with the process of finding a car, working with their finance team, and even getting help from their vehicle technical support person, Brendan. I’m very tech savvy, but taking the extra time to get oriented to my vehicle helps me love it even more. I stopped getting Subarus because I wasn’t thrilled with my hometown dealership. But I have found my hometown dealership just a few towns over at McGrath Subaru. More

My service advisor, Matt G, was incredibly amazing and attentive to my questions and requests. I typically do not enjoy my experience with most service departments due to lack of respect of an individuals attentive to my questions and requests. The McGrath team, but especially Matt, did not disappoint and gave quite the opposite experience making me feel like they care by means of listening. Matt was also able to go above and beyond given my situation, which in and of itself makes a tedious process much smoother and without hiccups.
