Total scam artist, my parents, (elderly) went in and bought a car, he never gave them a bill of sale and then the price all of sudden went up $5000, he told them they had to take the car today and the f bought a car, he never gave them a bill of sale and then the price all of sudden went up $5000, he told them they had to take the car today and the financing would come through later. That’s when he jacked up the price $5000, and the financing came through three weeks later. Dave refuses to return their calls, so my elderly parents had to drive 40 minutes to go in and talk to him. He, then, lied to them and said they knew the warranty was $5000, what? Who in their right mind would agree to a warranty that cost 1/4 of the price of the car. Crazy! Went back today four weeks later cuz they wanted the bill of sale. Oh but unfortunately the upstairs records were locked, of course they are. Plenty of other dealers around, do not go to this one, Gurnee Hyundai, especially if you are elderly, they take advantage. I would give 0 stars, but you have to give one to register. BUYER BEWARE!
