They are a high-volume dealer and they lack the personal service that you might find somewhere smaller. I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive on a weekday afternoon and I also asked to take a car o service that you might find somewhere smaller. I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive on a weekday afternoon and I also asked to take a car out by myself due to covid concerns, which they said was fine. Then after I arrived it took them 30+ mins initially to get a test drive car for me, then when they brought me the car the salesman said that I couldn't go out by myself. After I pushed back he said "I'll see what I can do" and then took my credit card/license again and I waited another 30 minutes to actually get in the car. It could have been worse, but I waited an hour for a 10 min test drive for a car I didn't end up loving, so I wouldn't shop there again. More
