I bought a Hyundai Sonata almost the end of 2012. It was busy time of year for everybody but I needed a car fast for many reasons. However, my experience with their service was GREAT.I stopped by for my regular scheduled check-up last Saturday(12-14-2013), they were better than excellent. I was late for my appointment because of the weather. They didn't say anything about it. Well, since I missed the appointment, I had to wait for a while, but they made me comfortable. They took care of my tire problem which was caused by me which I didn't know, but they explained what I did wrong and what I should be aware of . Especially Christine and Nina were really helpful and made me feel great. Their service team deserves FIVE STAR.. More

Christine was promptly attentive and sensitive to our time. She offered to have someone drive us home while our new auto was undercoated and new car service. Although McGrath City Hyundai is further away from my local dealerships, it is the only dealership that gave me its best price over the email. I arrived to my appointment earlier than planned, and I did local dealerships, it is the only dealership that gave me its best price over the email. Mike, the sales person did his best to help me meet that price. Mike is very knowledgeable and patiently explained all the features of my Hyundai Elantra.
