She was efficient, courteous and true to her word. I expected to go there and wait for someone to check me in. Didn't happen. I was taken care of immediately. I needed a rental car - again, I expected to wait. Didn't happen. I was taken care of immediately. When I returned the car the next day to pick up my car, again, I expected to wait. Didn't happen. Although I was there for quite some time because I had a few issues that required attention, she was very welcoming and informative which made the process a lot more smoother than any I've ever had to encounter with vehicle service. I even got to speak with my technician who was also very informative and welcoming. Although I don't quite agree with the pricing and politics of it all (in trying to get the consumer for as much as you can), it was the genuine concern within the service that made me want to recommend everyone I know with a Hyundai to this service center.
