That was until I was greeted b Discouraged with my service from Roger's Hyundai, I must admit I was a little paranoid with coming to McGrath Hyundai. That was until I was greeted by this awesome force of nature with the brightest smile and most cheerful presence. This girl is downright wonderful. She did everything short of give me a hug to make me feel comfortable. She was extremely helpful and performed her work with clarity, quality, and friendliness. I almost want to force my car to require service just to come in again and see her! She deserves a raise and a paid vacation! More

If I can give negative rating I would I was in the process of buying Hyundai Genesis and interacted with three sales people from this dealership. I had specifically asked for the two color I was in the process of buying Hyundai Genesis and interacted with three sales people from this dealership. I had specifically asked for the two colors that I was looking for and options on the car that I wanted. I was told via email that they have the vehicles of my description and can come in. I called them to confirm the same before leaving my house (1 hour away) and took appointment for same. After reaching the dealership I was told they don’t have the vehicle - first attempt was they sold the vehicle two hours before, on escalation I was told that there has been no vehicle with that combination shipped from Hyundai since Feb' 2014 . I even shared the email confirmation with their manager on site I hope car companies take strict actions against such behavior and impose some penalties for showing complete lack of respect for their potential customers as this caused loss of time and money for me. I got a call from them next day as they acquired a vehicle of my choice from some other state but they would not honor the price and have to go to a price about 2000$ higher than the prior agreed upon price. How can I trust these people when they can’t even tell me the truth before buying the car and disrespect me for loss of my time and money? Wish there was a way to give -ve stars on this page for this experience More

Christine Tonelli Rocks I am your typical fussy, hard to please customer. After horrendous experience with McGrath City Hyundai's Pre-Owned Car Sales team ( Nasir, Jody Adams I am your typical fussy, hard to please customer. After horrendous experience with McGrath City Hyundai's Pre-Owned Car Sales team ( Nasir, Jody Adams, Armi Matienzo are exceptions ) I was not expecting their service team to step up and deliver. As a matter of fact, I was very skeptical of them to begin with. In my more glorious days in the past, I was a very pampered customer at BMW, Jaguar and Audi dealerships (West-Coast) I was expecting all that to change after I had downgraded my lifestyle and adjusted to being hitched on to the Hyundai bandwagon (since 2012). But, Christine simply did not leave me any room for complaints. This despite of the fact that another of her colleagues (no longer working at the dealership) had messed up by reneging on her commitments (faulty quote) and, delayed the delivery & services by almost 3 weeks. But, thanks to that episode, I got the opportunity to experience Christine's superior and affable customer service. She actually comforted my frayed nerves and put all my doubts to rest by diligently following up with me and updating me on the progress. In the end after 3 long weeks I walked out a totally satisfied and happy customer. Thanks to this superlative experience, I no longer miss my fancy associations of the past. Christine truly Rocks. P.S. My suggestions from Sales team skip everyone else and go to, Armi Matienzo, Nasir Mohammad and Jody Adams (not necessarily in that order).
