Ron Warren is the BEST EVER I owned one vehicle before coming to Hyundai. Visited a few dealerships and felt like my best interest wasn't at heart and the salesman just wanted to I owned one vehicle before coming to Hyundai. Visited a few dealerships and felt like my best interest wasn't at heart and the salesman just wanted to make his quota. Until Ron Warren at McGrath Hyundai (6750 W Grand Ave Chicago IL 60707) introduced himself when my brother and I walked through the doors. He showed us to his desk and discussed what I was looking for. I immediately noticed a difference between the previous salesman and the best salesman ever RON! I felt comfortable with his respectful & kind demeanor. He took his time to listen to me about my car needs. Then proceeded to show options within my budget and preferred style. Ron showed confidence and knowledge of these vehicles...Which made it easy to narrow it down to the Elantra models. The warranty and maintenance deal is amazing! I was ready for a test drive! He even surprised me with leather heated seats that I thought I had to pass on. Ron reviewed all the features, looked at every inch of the car with me and explained everything thoroughly. My decision was final. I love the Hyundai Elantra sport 2015. Ron gave all my info to Peter. They all made this process relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for making my purchase a pleasant one! Big brother RON! You well exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to seeing you on future purchase. You really looked out for me and will refer everyone I know to you. More

Great Experience with Erin Frank Back in 2013, I bought a 2009 used Tucson SUV with the remainder of the previous owner warranty. I had a check engine light problem few months later. Back in 2013, I bought a 2009 used Tucson SUV with the remainder of the previous owner warranty. I had a check engine light problem few months later. The vehicle was serviced and the light went off. Well several months later the check engine came back on again, the vehicle was service again. Several months later now we are in the year 2014, again the engine light came back on; took it back to McGrath in November 2014, and to my surprise the warranty had expired without my knowledge, assuming I had more years of service. I stated impossible my vehicle does not have the miles, but it had the years of warranty which was explained to me. I wouldn't except the explanation and was referred to the Service Director Erin Frank. I explained to Ms. Erin that I had the same problem since I bought the vehicle and all your people were doing was putting a bandage on the problem instead of finding the solution. Now that the warranty has expired, you want me to pay for a diagnostic test which should have been done months ago. Ms. Erin looked up my history and noted the problem was consistent. Ms. Erin stated she would have the mechanic look further into what was causing the check engine light to continue to come on after several months. The check engine light was service without a fee. Ms. Erin also told me if the check engine light came back on again to bring it back and the problem would be investigated, and I would probably have to leave the vehicle for a few days. Well few months later the light came back on. I contacted Ms. Erin and brought the vehicle back, and to my surprise, she gave me a loaner. My car was repaired with no cost. It took longer than expected due to a part had to be ordered. The best news is I was not charged not one red penny I was informed every step of the way. Erin Frank is a blessing from GOD. She has a good heart, very patient and understanding as she listen to my concerns. She has a good staff working with her. I can go and on with the many accolades, but I'll stop here, because I believe I have captured the professionalism and courtesy she demonstrated. Ms. Erin is the only reason why I will continue to have my vehicle service at McGrath Thank for all that you do. Lowanda Harris More
Great Service!!!! I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata on a Saturday night and Sarge was the salesman he was very helpful and helped me with the car I saw online. The dealer I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata on a Saturday night and Sarge was the salesman he was very helpful and helped me with the car I saw online. The dealer was closing and Sarge took me for a test drive and I ended up buying the car. I went back to get a key and Fob I checked in with Christine she went above and beyond to help me. I did not have an appointment and she still told me I can get the key fob done within half an hour. I would go back to McGrath because of great employees like Christine. If you are looking for a car this would be the place to get it. More
