aesome fast! i have dealt with McGrath Hyundai for a while now i ended up buying a nice Honda from them 5 months ago ..just this week my check engine light came on i have dealt with McGrath Hyundai for a while now i ended up buying a nice Honda from them 5 months ago ..just this week my check engine light came on ..i took it back to the dealer and talked to my salesman FRANK... . he said he would have them look at it...so from there EDDIE V was in charge ..after seeing what the problem was they not only fixed it but did not charge me anything. This dealer went above and beyond for me . they have taken care of us well. im looking forward to always doing business with them. Eddie v was awesome and kind to me and kept my waiting to a minimum even though there were many people ahead of me. i just want to thank them all for a job well done and thank Eddie V and Frank for all they do to help us!! More

Christine Tonelli not only took care of my tires but also found out that I had an outstanding recall that needed to be corrected. Since I am a low mileage driver Christine Tonelli suggested that an oil change also be done. I was in and out quickly with my tire pressure adjusted,recall completed and oil change in a timely fashion. Christine Tonelli is an asset to McGrath Hyundai and one of the reasons I patronize and recommend McGrath Hyundai. I left with a smile. Worth the drive: Save $$$$ and no hassle buying experience!! What a wonderful car buying experience, and the LOWEST PRICE in the Chicago area! I used the "truecar.com" website to search priced for a new Hyundai What a wonderful car buying experience, and the LOWEST PRICE in the Chicago area! I used the "truecar.com" website to search priced for a new Hyundai and they were the lowest. I spoke to Armi in customer service on the phone to confirm the pricing, and they had a full selection of colors in stock. I live in the western suburbs and McGrath city Hyundai was a 40 min drive away but the local dealer could not match the price (McGrath was close to $1000 less) I took the drive and boy was I glad that I did. My sales person Frank Torres was kowlegable courteous and especially helpful. No high pressure sales or painful negotiations,or last minute add on options that cost extra and I did not want, the price quoted on the phone was the price I paid. Dave Glas the finance manager was a great person to work with, carefully explained the contract and financing, and he managed to get me financing 4% lower than my local dealor-that saved me another $1000. He even found a mistake in the tax charged (Cook County vs Dupage tax) and rewrote the contract the next day, saving me another $200. He even brought the new paperwwork to my workplace to sign in order to save me a trip back to the dealer. What a great group of people to work with! BOTTOM LINE: Go to a McGrath City dealer no matter where you live if you want to save a substantial amount of money and have a pleasant buying experience with a highly ethical organization. More
