I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento on 2/14/24. I had a new salesman named Hunter who was very nice but not super familiar with the sales process so a manager helped him along the way. When I got to the finance office there was over $3k for McGrath care that no one explained to me or offered to me. Instead, I felt they tried to sneak it in there and take advantage of the fact that I’m a woman who came alone with my two babies. Fast forward 9 weeks into ownership of this vehicle (that has 16k miles on it) and it stops accelerating- turns out I need a new transmission. Upon calling them to find out about getting my car into the shop I got the run around for 6 hours, no dealership would take my car for 3+weeks and when I asked to speak to a manager, my salesman Hunter called me back instead and basically told me had I purchased that McGrath care that I fought to have them take off maybe they would be able to help me. But I’m SOL. Thanks for selling me a lemon, trying to sneak a TON of fees into my sale, and for offering ZERO support or professionalism when it came down to the car not running two months later. I will never be back and will not recommend this dealership. Hunter and the supervisor that was helping him were kind when they were making the sale but that’s sales! I did not appreciate feeling that they took advantage of me having my babies with me and then certainly did not appreciate the disregard when the car they had sold me two months before was literally not drive able. More
It took 5 days of calling about a simple question and they all said they would call me back. No one ever did! I finally went there and got an answer from Ed! The manager Miguel is useless. While the young man who was initially helping me was thoughtful and kind, the rest of my experience with this dealership was awful. They made a promise to get me the second key fob--and then said they wouldn't do that AND that they weren't accountable for any promises made. They would NOT respond to any emails or phone calls. I do not recommend this location. To get an oil change took 3 hours. System wax down for 45 minutes. When I went to check up on my vehicle it was already done. I had said ok to additives to be added, and at checkout I asked if they could apply a $5.00 coupon I had. Manager was really rude and said no, I already had a free oil change from the 3 year maintenance. If I didn’t check up on my car how much longer would I have been sitting there waiting? Terrible customer service. $5.00 is not a lot to give a customer that has an oil change and also agree to pay for fuel additives and waited 3 hours and had to check on my vehicle that was already done just sitting there. Angry customer and will never get service done at this location. More

I never have a bad experience here. I needed my splash guard replaced ASAP before the winter storm hit us. Andrew was able to get me in quick, the morning OF the storm.
