VWhen the salesman tries to smooth things over by offering you things that would already be included with the purchase of your car, this might be a delightful place for you to spend thousands of dollars. If you appreciate it when you approach two managers and try to tell them of the situation and they avoid eye contact and just sit there shaking their heads pretending to look at their computers, then this is style of customer service may spark your loyalty. We did by the car because we were caught up in special circumstances, but you could go literally anywhere else and have a better experience. Oh and to add one last piece here, their "value package that comes with every car sold" costs an additional $3,000. spoke with other Hyundai dealerships and the package is absolutely xxxxxxxx. Other dealerships spoke to don't push it as hard as these scammers do. And you should be able to opt out of it which they didn't let me. More
Had to wait a few weeks for my car to arrive. Roger and Kevin kept me in the loop the whole time. Really great communication by them throughout. Recent visit just ok. Didn’t replace rear wiper blade until I reminded them about it. Not updated on vehicle status. Work took longer than I expected. There were other customers who arrived later than I did and left before my vehicle was ready. Had to request to review work paperwork/bill to ensure accuracy before agreeing to final payment. Service quality here seems to have slipped a little bit since my last visit in July 2021. Did provide a quick courtesy wash of my vehicle that I didn’t have to ask for. More
Horrible experience. Waited close to 6 hours to only get an oil change. No dealers should ever over book to just get their money and have customers just wait. They said no loaner cars are available but over heard them offer one to another customer for a loaner which their car was not able to done that day. More
Took my car in for service and Had a bad experience in the past but after getting the service manager involved, everything worked out.
