They switched the car after purchase !! Very disappointing..Initially they showed me hyundai accent SEL model, we were negotiating about the monthly payments, they mysteriously agreed to low Very disappointing..Initially they showed me hyundai accent SEL model, we were negotiating about the monthly payments, they mysteriously agreed to lower monthly payments. It was dark already when they took the car out for me. Instead of SEL version, I drove back home the base version, SE. I was not aware of the car switch. On the registration of the car, it even says its SEL. On the other documents, its just hyudai accent. But all I have was SE, and without a CD player, without alloy wheels for 17400 usd. They even put down 1860 usd for themselves ...My salesperson was Aziz, and his boss. I do not recommend this place. I called them explaining the situation, they were rude and simply said "it was what you bought and we cannot do anything"...I am trying to think of ways to solve this problem right now. More

Marcus Lozano I really enjoyed my overall experience at McGrath City. I had previously spoken to a gentleman name Marcus Lozano over the phone a couple of weeks ag I really enjoyed my overall experience at McGrath City. I had previously spoken to a gentleman name Marcus Lozano over the phone a couple of weeks ago and I was actually coming in just to speak with him and to see what I could afford on my tight but budget, however another gentleman stopped me before I had the chance to talk to him. The other dealer seemed to not be listing to my budget plan or my concerns and just as I was about to give up and go home empty handed, Mr. Marcus Lozano stepped in and saved the day. Marcus listened to what I had to say and was willing to meet me half way on what I could afford. Mr. Lozano explained to me all of the details of what I was getting myself into and I walked or shall I say rode away in a brand new Hyundai Tucson. Financing a new car can be scary sometimes especially when you don't know the ends and outs of what your really getting yourself into but I am so thankful for Marcus for making this process easy. Helpful service My daughter had her catalytic converter stolen from her 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The car was towed to McGrath and she met Christine in the service departm My daughter had her catalytic converter stolen from her 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The car was towed to McGrath and she met Christine in the service department. I worked with Christine in getting the insurance company approval, the car repaired and other measures taken to hopefully avoid a reoccurrence. Christine was extremely helpful, friendly, conscientious and responsive. She kept track of our matter throughout and gave me updates on an almost daily basis without my asking. I could not be more pleased with how she handled our matter. More
