I have never received such great customer service from a dealership before. The high energy, friendliness and professionalism of our salesman, Ryszard, was unlike any I have experienced. He made us feel lik dealership before. The high energy, friendliness and professionalism of our salesman, Ryszard, was unlike any I have experienced. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the place and left no detail untouched. Jeremy was also very helpful on pricing, etc and very friendly and personable. I leased my car last weekend and had to come in for a couple of service items this week (the car is a demo and I noticed a very small nick in the paint after I left and also needed to have a secind key made). Ryszard came in on HIS DAY OFF to ensure my experience went smoothly and the car was fixed promptly. I have driven Hondas for many years, and this is the 3rd CR-V I have bought or leased from a dealership. The first two were from Boch Honda in Massachusetts, and I can tell you - the service was ok there, but doesn't hold a candle to McGrath City Honda. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and in particular, Ryszard Chorosky, to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. And he's very entertaining and fun to be around on top of it all! My husband and I were interested in a Honda Fit. We had done our research and knew all the basics, so we knew that a test drive would be the deciding factor. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was very relaxed, the people were friendly, and there was no pressure. We test drove the car were were interested in, as well as another model. We were allowed to test drive without the salesman in the car, which gave us the opportunity to discuss the car and our honest opinions. We have been looking for cars for a while, and NO other dealer has been that trusting. We made the decision to discuss a purchase with the salesman. Again, no pressure... just what we wanted in order to make the purchase. He gave us all the options, and explained incentives and financing. He came back with a price...which was more than acceptable to us, so we made the deal. None of this "I have to ask my manager" or endless negotiations. The customer areas are very clean and comfortable, and even have a gourmet coffee machine. We closed the deal with the finance manager, and again...no high pressure with all the dealer extras, just explanations and relaxed conversation. We drove home in our new car and are very happy! The sales man was on point. He explained everything from A-Z, was very patient and had a great attitude. We were looking for a new car and we got more than we hoped for. After we bought the car we realized a little crack in the front window and brought it to his attention. He scheduled for us an appointment (the mechanic shop was already closed at that time) right away and resolved the issue ASAP. And we got our wheel-locks put on at the same time the front window was replaced so it was a great experience. No hassle, no stress, that's how buying a car should go down. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends at anytime and tell them to ask for Ryszard. No question. That is why I gave this dealer this good rating. I bought once a car at a Kia dealership in Chicago and was very disappointed afterwards so I can compare. More

My vehicle experienced an intermittent electrical short causing it not to start at times. This problem is not only very frustrating for me but extremely difficult for the mechanic to pinpoint. My service advisor Andy Sertler was very professional and courteous. He and the mechanic both explained the problem and the cost of the repair to my understanding.
