After we bought the car we realized a little crack in the front window and brought it to his attention. He scheduled for us an appointment (the mechanic shop was already closed at that time) right away and resolved the issue ASAP. And we got our wheel-locks put on at the same time the front window was replaced so it was a great experience. No hassle, no stress, that's how buying a car should go down. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends at anytime and tell them to ask for Ryszard. No question. That is why I gave this dealer this good rating. I bought once a car at a Kia dealership in Chicago and was very disappointed afterwards so I can compare. More

My vehicle experienced an intermittent electrical short causing it not to start at times. This problem is not only very frustrating for me but extremely difficult for the mechanic to pinpoint. My service advisor Andy Sertler was very professional and courteous. He and the mechanic both explained the problem and the cost of the repair to my understanding. The service I received at McGrath was excellent and the cost of repair was very fair. Thanks Andy, when it’s time for a new car I’ll definitely be coming to McGrath. More
Andy was friendly, thorough and accurately estimated the time and cost. When I was pulling out, I noticed a light on the panel and a strange noise w/ brakes. Not 1 but 2 service technicians came to help and time and cost. When I was pulling out, I noticed a light on the panel and a strange noise w/ brakes. Not 1 but 2 service technicians came to help and ultimately discovered water on the brake pads causing the problem. They were attentive not dismissive and then Andy came out to ensure everything was taken care of. Overall a very pleasant experience that made me feel valued as a customer - a rarity these days. More

I decided to participate in this survey because of the excellent customer service I received from Carolyn Driver. Her demeanor was very professional, courteous, and kind. She is a great representive for McGrath, as well as your other staff who offered to assist me when I arrived. I will definitely return and hope to purchase a car as well. I will definitely ask for Carolyn Driver when I return. Kudos and a job well done Carolyn Driver! More

Dariusz has been my sales person for many years he keeps me aware of new incentives. I test drove the new Accord, I really love the way it handle and the sporty look I was blown away with the navi,system w me aware of new incentives. Call 773-889-3030 on 02/25, talked to someone name Joe Smith. Provided the detailed information on what car we are looking for (2009 Accord EXL-V6 w/o Nav, color Black/Black) Call back the same number loo Smith. Provided the detailed information on what car we are looking for (2009 Accord EXL-V6 w/o Nav, color Black/Black) Call back the same number looking for Smith. Some confusion happened before we get the "guy". Before hang up, this "Smith" guy said we can also look for Jeremy (sales manager). He also provided a new car quote and said they will have the color of the car we are looking for because they have 200 cars in the lot!!! Stop by the dealer on 02/26 at 11am, looking for Mr Smith. Again, confusion happened. We were direct to Jeremy instead. Jeremy said John Smith is a new guy. He is not working on Friday(02/26/2009). Another sales person was helping us instead. Jerry is the new sales person. He tried looking into their system to find the car we are looking for. Unfortunately, they do NOT have one. We went back to Jeremy. Jeremy said they have 1 for 2008 (the model/color/type that we are looking for). He said will give $500 less. Jerry brought us to the lot to look at other colors. The 2008 car was brought to us again. Guess what, there is a 6000 miles on the car already!!! Jeremy Gleason has been very insincere with the whole transactions. After looking past the insincere offer and limited offer on the color selections, we finally found just one car that matched our the type of car (EXL V6 w/o nav). But it's definitely not the color we are looking for. (As long as the price is right, who cares about the color) Went back into the dealer office.The price provided on the phone (23595) was mentioned again. They said they can't do better than that anymore eventhough it's not the color we are looking for. (which is ok) Finally we went back to Jeremy again asking him about Mr Smith. We wanted to get Mr Smith's business card. Guess what, Jeremy Gleason is not able to provide a business card. WHY... it's a bogus guy!!!! Again, Jeremy Gleason provided another lie. He said Smith is a guy work in the call center for them. Finally, we really gave up trying to get things work with this guys. We went to the reception area, talk to a "nobody" who finally gave him name (Joe Vargas). We were asking for a complaint form. He said they don't have one and it was because everyone likes them. So, we told them, that's not the case now. We were asking for the person in charge for this dealer, he said Jeremy Gleason is the General Manager here. He is the guy in charge here. So, my complaint will get to no where! More
