He was able to listen to our needs and suggested ways to meet our priorities in relation to the purchase. And I credit the dealer in this instance since it is flexible and responsive to its customers concerns, which is a good tone from the top for all its employees. At the same time, the other people I worked with in the process, like Frank of Finance, was equally engaging and friendly. I have been recommending this dealer and Dodie to my friends ever since. That is a problem you want to have for sure.
