I just bought a new 2013 Honda Civic here, and it was by far the most pleasant, least stressful/irritating car buying experience I have ever had! I had done my homework, so when I obtained an internet quote far the most pleasant, least stressful/irritating car buying experience I have ever had! I had done my homework, so when I obtained an internet quote, I knew it was a fair price. My salesperson Rich Hoffman was respectful, friendly, straightforward, and honest. He did not try to rush me or push me in any way. Althought I would have liked to get a bit more on the 2004 Civic I traded in, Rich gave me an honest and understandable reason why he could not go higher. (My old car was in superb condition, but it was a manual transmission which most people don't want.) The Business Manager Tony was equally respectful, clear, and honest. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the deal. He thoroughly explained the pros & cons of the extended warranty options, but never pushed me into anything. The showroom, service area, and waiting area are all clean, and McGrath provides nice "creature comforts" to customers who are waiting or who come in for service. Overall, an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend McGrath. More

I admire Sylvia commitment in doing a "Great" job in handling our sales transaction....Due to the fact that my wife had already test drove and had picked the vehicle and color that she wanted. Sylvia was ready to close the deal and I came later to find out that my wife had used the wrong information that I had given her to select the car that I wanted her to have, because she deserved it. Sylvia stated "no problem", let's take this one back and see if we can find a vehicle that both of you like. She showed us the two best Sonata Hybirds on the lot. She took the time to answer all of the questions that we had and by answering those questions, she helped us to make a more informed decision as to which vehicle that we wanted to purchase. No only did the vehicles that she showed us , had all of the options that we wanted and the color we wanted too, she took the time to explain to my wife after the sale was final, ho to use some of the options to give her hands on information. I Loved that! I find Sylvia to be and asset to the Mcgrath dealership, because I believe that she enjoys during her job to the best of her ability....and I could tell by the delightful demeanor that she had on her face when I told her that I wanted my wife to look at some more vehicles after my wife told her that we were ready to purchase. Other sales people that I have dealt with in the pass, looked disgruntle when I changed my mind and wanted to view other vehicles. I give her A TEN(10), for a job well done.
