When it came time to work out the figures, etc., Dave did a fantastic job of helping us reach the deal we were looking for -- no small task when you consider the trade-in of our old vehicle, desired to get best pricing, need for financing, etc. This was by-far the best used car deal I have done in the past 25 years, and I attribute all of that to working with Dave. What an asset Dave is to McGrath City Honda! In addition, my time working with Frank Infelise was equally positive. He patiently explained our paperwork, and also worked to provide me several options on warranties. I felt extremely good walking out of Frank's office with a bumper-to-bumper warranty with zero deductible for seven years at a price less than what I paid for an extended warranty on my previous vehicle 10 years ago! He was incredibly professional, articulate and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dave and Frank at McGrath City Honda. Typically I dread dealing with car purchases, but this was incredibly easy and the entire deal (including a long test drive, agreeing to pricing, financing, paperwork, etc.) was all done in less than three hours with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I went into McGrath City Honda having already shopped online. I knew which car I wanted to look at and I knew what amount I hoped for as a trade-in. I had purchased a used Honda CRV with only one key and my salesperson had promised me a second key. We met Arthur who test drove us in three different vehicles and he even parked them inside so we would not have to inspect them in the freezing cold. He worked over the benefits of each model and we decided to make a purchase, we went over into finance where Dante went over the warranty as well as the apr information.
