Rude manager. Nice salesman Salesman Jose was great at demonstrating the car and overall friendly. However, when negotiations came around between him and his manager, it was a pu Salesman Jose was great at demonstrating the car and overall friendly. However, when negotiations came around between him and his manager, it was a pure nightmare. Although we ended up getting the car we came in for, we would never come back here to buy a car. The manager, Andre, was beyond rude. If it wasn’t for how nice Jose was plus the fact that I had a toddler in tow, we definitely would’ve taken our business elsewhere. The back and forth with hidden fees, plus the demeanor and pure rudeness Andre had, made this experience very unpleasant. Now that I’m processing what just happened today, I definitely would’ve gone elsewhere if I could redo it..simply because of the attitude we received from the manager that no customer should ever have to go through. In retrospect, his attitude was as if I’m begging him to give him business. Although we came to terms with something we can accept, I’m still shocked that we just experienced that. This type of customer service and hidden fees is not acceptable at all. Take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with disrespect and absolute waste of time. More
