My mother and I purchased New 2018 Honda Accord EXL from here. We didn't noticed the car had major body panel gaps because it was dark. When we brought the car in the Dealership blamed us at first that mayb here. We didn't noticed the car had major body panel gaps because it was dark. When we brought the car in the Dealership blamed us at first that maybe we damaged the vehicle at first. But than the regional manager inspected the car and took it in for a fix up. Even though they took it in for 2 or 3 times, till this day it still looks like the car was in a accident. Because of the hustle the regional manager offered us few free accessories. We decided to go with prking sensors, and it took McGrath City Honda Service over a month to install them because they messed up front and rear bumpers drilling the holes for the sensors. They had to order new ones and get them painted where its not manufacture paint nor put together. Been almost 2 years now and the paint started to chip off from front and back. Even though i been advised by a service manager that it has lifetime warranty for the paint, few days ago i been told otherwise. Not only the same Dealership sold me a faulty Vehicle, but the service of the same dealership made it worse. Me and my family will never purchase Honda automobiles ever again as we used to. Their vehicles might have long lasting engines but when it comes to service and body of the vehicles, it went down. And Honda dont want to take responsibility for their mistakes. More
The WORST Service Department! I made an appointment for an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. an oil change and a software update. Then JEREMY SANCHEZ approaches me to tell me that they would NOT be doing the software update because I need to leave the vehicle. I said that I really need this done today and I had made an APPOINTMENT to get this done. He told me to make ANOTHER appointment and that I would need to leave the car the WHOLE day. So I went ahead and made another appointment but after leaving I went to Honda on Grand and they were able to take care of my software update and oil change - No appointment needed. Needless to say that I’m NEVER going back. Oh and my confirmation number in case they want to look it up is X01MF17VRN. More
Untrustworthy !!! I was looking to buy a new 2019 Honda CRV EXL and was searching price using the true car. I got the quote from several dealerships and an agent (claim I was looking to buy a new 2019 Honda CRV EXL and was searching price using the true car. I got the quote from several dealerships and an agent (claimed himself as Internet Sales Manager) Jimmy Bushell gave me a quote of 26361 + tax + title/doc fee. I was asking for White color and shared the link with him to check the availability. They confirmed me back saying it was available and he also said they will price match and beat the price by 10% if you get better deal from another dealer. I got a better quote from another dealer and asked if they could price match and he was little rough when answering that saying I cannot give you the price over the phone and asked to come to their showroom. I agreed and drove 50 miles one way to their showroom and to know that they don’t have the car in stock for the last 1 week as per a salesperson. They don’t have the same color in their lot and I was frustrated. I asked the sales guy to call Jimmy Bushell, but he never came and met us and the so-called manager was in the scene and not even had a word to apologize us to come all the way in the heavy rain. Very Poor service and untrustworthy. I would never recommend these types of unprofessionals to anyone. More

Ripped Off!! DO NOT GO HERE! I am disappointed to say that I did not have a good experience here. It took over 6 hours and too much negotiations to end up still no DO NOT GO HERE! Scott Gould was my "salesman" since we were referred by a friend. HUGE MISTAKE. He become very irritated when I asked about a tear in the tire, rust on the rims, and the brakes. He told me to go to Walmart and buy spray paint to do it myself! He insisted that the brakes were in great condition and pressured me to get the vehicle certified for an extra $3000!!! Unfortunately this was my first car and I feel like I was ripped off. My 2017 Honda Civic now has to get NEW BRAKES at only 18,000 miles. I even texted Scott multiple times and he never answered. I will be reporting this dealership to Honda Corporate as well. More

Absolutely appalling customer service after I bought my car. When I purchased my car a year ago I initially had good customer service from Junior who I bought my car from. However, for some reason it doesn’t appear my car ever came with the wheel lock key. I just discovered this now, as I’ve only had the tires rotated once so far (at another dealership that uses a master wheel lock key, not the customers, so this didn’t come up). I was given the run around by a sales manager Andre who told me the other dealership must have lost it, so I asked to speak k to another customer representative who was Dana. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received, she repeated information that I already knew, and then was very accusatory stating “ you bought the car a year ago, so why didn’t you confirm at the time of purchase where everything was”? This is ridiculous to me, as at the time I wasn’t aware I needed a special key lock as I had asked for the wheels not to be locked (this was never something I’ve needed with previous cars). She seemed more concerned about blaming me (there is no way I would have removed this key lock from the car, as I had never needed it until I went to get my tires rotated a second time, which since it’s every sIx months was a year after purchase), versus trying to help me solve the problem. Even though it was a year later, I would expect to get reasonable customer service. I would never purchase a car from this dealership again, horrible experience. I would recommend downtown, the service manager that I spoke to there was incredIbly nice and understanding. More

And Junior Rivera, greeted us, did all of the paperwork, got us approved and we walked out of the dealership with a brand new car. The service was extra ordinary! Our sales person was very professional, kind and actually listened to exactly what we were looking for and our means, and within a little over an hour, we were out of there with a beautiful new car for my daughter. Thank you so much Junior Rivera for taking care of us. On a lighter note, he also sold my son a car as well a little over a year ago, and this is why I came back with my daughter. Superb dealership, and the best sales man around. Thank you McGrath City Honda, I will def be back and I will most def be referring all of my friends or family to your dealershi, of course to see Junior.
