Mr. Cardenas, We at McGrath City Honda would like to thank you for your patience as we attempted to let you know when you arrived that we had an unexpected delay in our shop that we were not able to have predicted ahead of time. For the safety of all of our customers, including yourself, we follow a strict protocol of making sure any employees who have symptoms related to the current pandemic are sent home to recover. On the day of your appointment we unfortunately had several employees who could not work that day for the safety of us all. We did not know ahead of time that this would happen. Therefore we were letting our customers know upon arrival that our wait times were much longer than expected that day. We would rather have you be upset over a longer wait for your car, than compromise the health and safety of customers and our employees. It is very possible that another Honda dealership did not have the same situation that day. We apologize if this caused you an inconvenience, and we hope that you will appreciate the safety measures we have put in place to protect you and your family, and that you will come visit us again in the future.

Dana, Looks like you haven't read my review clearly. The sales guy said it was sold "1 WEEK BEFORE" when we came to the showroom. He also said you should have confirmed with sales instead of the BDC. So, stop giving reasons rather making your employees trained well on how to treat the customers and be transparent.
