I recently had the pleasure of working with Nathan Bock at McGrath's Buick Cadillac Kia and I found him to be very friendly and easy to work with. I was in there three times before I bought anything. I bought a Ford Escape. I asked my sales person three times what the price of the truck was and never did see the price of it until we started talking financing. I am VERY UNHAPPY about that. For that reason I will not buy at a McGrath dealership again. I have told a lot people about it and they agree that, that is bad business. The people were nice but when I ask a question I want it answered. I took my truck to my mechanic and he told me that there are two problems with my Escape and the sales person said McGrath won't fix it if I want to keep my price down which is bad business again. I was in a bind needed a car yesterday. I was tired of the people and tired of looking for a car so I bought the Escape. Although I do like my Escape I now have to put about $500.00 into a car I just bought. :( More

I purchased this car on the Internet. In addition to having good good, accurate pictures of the car, Russell walked around the car and talked me through it on the phone. Between Russell and several other staff members they helped get the temporary permit in place for transport to Canada. Selling to a Canadian customer isn't as simple as everyday deals. However, the Macgrath team took made things as easy as could be including making the border crossing trouble free by having all the paper in place. I couldn't have had better service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership. I will definitely consider using them again. More
